Eighteen local schools have been outfitted with a new buddy bench provided by Big Brothers Big Sisters / Boys & Girls Club of Miramichi.

The Buddy Bench program is a simple idea to eliminate loneliness and foster friendships on the playground. These benches have been installed and are ready for children to return to school.
