Draw will take place at the Big Brothers Big Sisters /Boys & Girls Club office (115 Maher St Miramichi). One Board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club and one member of the public will be present to witness. The draw will be videotaped, and tickets drawn from a transparent draw barrel. Tickets will be drawn manually by an individual who does not have a ticket in the draw. The winning ticket will be displayed to the witnesses for inspection immediately after it is drawn from the barrel.
